• Usage details such as access times, pages or features viewed, session duration, and referring URLs.
• Log data from AI interactions (e.g., query timestamps and anonymized engagement metrics).
• Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5 for details).

c. Generated and Uploaded Content

If you upload files (e.g., documents, images) or generate content through the Platform (e.g., AI prompts, assignments, or outputs), we collect and process this data to support your learning journey and refine system capabilities. This may include text, metadata, or derived insights, stored securely within our ecosystem.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., financial data, health records, or racial/ethnic details) unless you explicitly provide it in an AI interaction, in which case we advise against doing so for privacy reasons.

• Enabling account creation, authentication, and access to courses, tools, and resources.

• Ensuring Platform security, detecting fraud, and preventing unauthorized access.

For AI enhancements, Thinkific may process anonymized, aggregated data from interactions to train and improve model accuracy. No identifiable personal data or confidential business information is used for external AI development without your explicit consent.

We are committed to data minimization and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes. Disclosures are limited to:

• Output Generation: All AI responses are for internal, educational use only and not endorsed as legal or financial advice.
• Data Isolation: No user data is shared externally for AI training; improvements are confined to Venture Academia's ecosystem.
• Best Practices: Avoid entering sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information into AI chats. We do not retain raw inputs beyond session needs unless flagged for quality review (with your consent).

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended solely for adults (18+) affiliated with Venture REI as licensed real estate agents. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians concerned about unintended collection should contact us immediately.

The Platform may link to external sites or services (e.g., embedded videos from YouTube or file storage via Google Drive). These are provided for convenience, but we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or data handling. Review their policies before interacting.
